Getting this bit right isn’t easy which is why so many DIY builds fail. There are words to write, images to choose and lots of decisions to make.
Together we’ll guide you through it all with as much support as you need, whilst we take care of the design and tech behind the scenes. If you need to talk things through along the way, we’ll jump on a Zoom. If you need a bit more time to get things done, that’s okay too.

Post Launch
You’ve gone live. Now what?
We’re not a ‘build it and run’ kind of studio. Your website deserves a little care after launch and so do you.
Once your website is ready, we’ll walk you through it properly so you know what’s what and feel confident using it. We’ll chat through additional SEO options, give you advice on getting your site visible and make sure you know where to go if you need more support.
If you get stuck, we’re still here. Whether you need advice about an update, want to talk through something that’s changed, or you’re just not sure what to do next, you can always get in touch.

How Much Will I need to invest?
Bespoke website design is a detailed process and pricing will be dependent on exactly what you need. To give you an idea of pricing, the majority of our clients invest around £3,000 on their projects and payment plans are available.

Who do (and don't) you work with?
We work with independent business owners who genuinely care about how their business is represented online. They’re fully invested in the process and truly understand the transformation that creative web design can bring.
We’re not here for people looking for the cheapest website or those who just want us to put something together in the quickest way possible. We want to help you show your worth and give you our full care and attention!

What platform do you use?
We use WordPress because it’s so user friendly and it won’t outgrow the needs of your business. We also offer the option to build your site in Shopify if you’re looking for a great ecommerce platform.
How long does the web design process take?
Web Design projects take approximately four weeks depending on the complexity of your design. We’ll be able to give you a clear indication of time frames once we’ve had a good chat.
Is ongoing support an option?
Yes, absolutely. Every business is different and you might want us to handle bits and pieces like adding blogs, installing new plug ins and generally manage your site for you. Let us know what you need and we can provide a quote for this service.
Can I maintain my own site?
Yes! As part of our web design process, we’ll walk you through the admin area of your site and show you how to keep it updated.
Do you include SEO services?
We build all our websites using ‘design studio best practise’ but for more indepth SEO we also offer additional packages which will help to further optimise your site.
Do you offer a full brand & web package?
We work with many Makers and Creators who are looking to relaunch or start something new. Our full brand and web design package is for those who are ready to invest and who understand the importance of professional design. This process takes around 8-12 weeks and the minimum investment for this service is £5000.
