What happens when you show your worth

Questions

We talk about this ALL the time and have built our business around this whole message: You can’t charge your worth until you show your worth.

We can jazz the message up with loads of inspirational phrases and marketing speak but at the end of the day if you’re not showing your worth, you’re probably not charging your worth and that bank balance isn’t growing in the way you’d like. Even if you love what you do, you still have to be paid for all your hard work. We’re not running a charity people.

When you start showing your audience the value of what you offer, things do change. It doesn’t happen overnight (sorry) and there’s a lot of soul searching to be had, but when you show your worth, your confidence grows, people finally start to take notice and your work becomes less like a hobby and more like an actual, real life thriving business. This is true of all industries – whether you’re baking cakes, opening a new bar or selling handmade goods, what you put out there matters.

The never ending battle

We can hand on heart say that our first call with potential clients almost always follows a similar theme. They know they’re passionate about what they do, they have loads of ideas but what they don’t have is the confidence to back themselves or a brand that communicates the value of what they do.

When you lack confidence, or you’re constantly looking at what everyone else is doing, it’s very easy to become paralysed. You try a bit of this and a bit of that. You tweak your website, change your colours, rewrite your Insta bio and wonder why nobody seems to care (which is a horrible feeling.) It’s so frustrating but but people can’t value what they can’t see which is why we do what we do.

The Transformation

Really great design doesn’t just give you a pretty logo and a few nice colours. Professional brand design gives you the confidence to to talk about what you do and to ask people to pay properly for it.

These guys say it best:

“I honestly feel like you’ve made my business and helped me build a life I once dreamt of.” – Chelsea Taylor (Seed & Wild)

“You gave me the confidence to put myself out there.” – Becky Rossetto (Rossetto & Co)

“You’ve made a meaningful impact that goes beyond words.” Bhavna Pathahi (Blossoms Bakehouse)

“I’ve seen an increase in engagement and enquiries and, perhaps more importantly, I’m booking more of my ideal clients.” Helen Emson (Willow & Bear)

It’s made decision-making easier, strengthened my messaging, and given me much more confidence in the direction of my business.” Nick Oxborrow

We’re really fortunate to have worked with such a good bunch and when you invest in great brand design, it changes more than how your business looks! It changes how you see your business and you start to believe in it a little more. When this happens it also affects how other people see you too. The right people begin to recognise the value in what you offer, you stop the never ending battle with clients who are penny pinching and your brand becomes loved, remembered and returned to.

We all want a bit of that.
